Stevie says she agreed to hit the road with Lindsey and risk opening up old wounds again because she sensed a change in her old sparing partner. "He has little girls who are 8 and 4 years old, plus a wife, and he has been living in girl land since coming off the road in 2005. It's softened him up. Instead of treating me as a miserable ex-girlfriend, he's looking at me more like a beloved daughter. He's been very nice and loving to me. This is the guy that I met and fell in love with when I was 17, and I hope it stays that way. No one could come in and make peace between us. Lindsey and I had to."
Lindsey said, "We all want this to work, but there are only 45 dates scheduled. I'm sure there are people in back rooms somewhere talking about more dates in America and elsewhere in the world, but nothing is in the books, nothing has been agreed to. In this band, it's best not to plan too far in advance." Source Chicago Tribune, by Greg Kot. ______________________________________________________________ Stevie fell in love with him at the age of 17? Lindsey looking at Stevie like a daughter? Lindsey living in "girl land"? Maybe Will can slap some sense back into him. |

WELL...
Buckingham says if they pull off the tour without any meltdowns, there may be yet one more Fleetwood Mac studio album down the road. But he makes no promises. He has left the band in the past, and he says he will again if he feels things are growing stagnant. Sounds like The Man is letting The Little Girl In Love know she better watch her Ps and Qs ![]() |

Ditto. I've never seen that one before. Kind of sums up their relationship in one shot. |

^ I also love that picture, that's from the tusk tour right? It does seem to sum up their relationship around that time.

If they will make a new album, what I hope, it might be based again on LB's solo material.
And that pic is the purest "we were together but we f*cked it up a bit"-pic you can find. From the Tusk tour?

Just the usual wary ambivalence, but we still want to do music together vibe.

From that picture I was talking about was how Stevie's got Lindsey wrapped around her little finger that's the vibe I got from it.

I do love it though. It is beautiful, in its own way...

S looks wistful and pulling herself on and L steps agressively forward while holding a part of himself back ... their dance.

Yes, sort of like "on and on and on again" from Everyday lyrics, in my opinion.
