God, I just hope the oversea shipping won't take a month and a half like last time I ordered something from that store.

I think John Kinney made a mistake and typed Fleetwood Mac instead of Stevie Nicks the other day when he updated the site, so, i.m.o., it doesn't look like there's going to be a Rumours fan edition CD/DVD.

Oh, I see.

Well, if nothing else, when we order these special editions (like the vinyl copies) at least we are giving WB a direct idea of how many hard core fans are out there, just in case they are kicking around the idea of making more compilations. It's good for them to test the internet market, without mass distribution. I would think they must make more money per sale this way than when they go through Amazon, Best Buy, etc.

I got this email notification from warners today. I ordered yesterday.

The interesting part to me was the cover pic.

Is there now a different cover for the version through warners?

I like the cover Warners is showing better than what we've already seen. I just hope that this edition actually IS different than what's in stores and not just different artwork. I ordered it, but I hope it's not just the same thing.

That was the size if it in the email.... It would distort it if I made it bigger. It's a great shot though.

Just ordered mine, too. Fingers crossed on getting some goodies on the CD or DVD AND getting the lithograph.

"Handful," meh.

I ordered. Was wondering, for those who have ordered also, did you notice if you try to continue shopping, you get an error message 'cannot find "h"-- also, i wonder, the email confirmation says nothing about the signed lithograph (actually the only place it's mentioned is on the nicksfix) but it did say streetdate is March 31 and orders will be mailed to arrive "by or around" the streetdate.
I think the nicksfix must have gotten an 'exclusive' on this, because if you just go to the main warnerbrothersrecords.com store (as someone else pointed out here on The Ledge) they don't even have the Stevie cd-dvd-lithograph to order.
For another blahblahblah-- on the WarnerBros 'how to shop with us' page, it notes that orders of 29.99 or under will incur a normal $3 shipping fee, or 6.25 for expedited-- But this Stevie package, 29.99 would have been 16.25 for the rush shipping and cost $6something for regular shipping--- can we all hope for a LARGE signed lithograph, i wonder
Gosh, the evolution of this DVD release has been fascinating-- i've already charged almost $70 to my creditcard and haven't seen it yet ( i was a dumbo who went to Sears and got the Blu-Ray, forgetting (DUH!) that i don't have a Blu-Ray dvd player! So, i gave it to a relative...
Wonder what the litho will be, and i agree, i much prefer this new cover!
Finally, it "seems" (?) that this WarnerBrothersRecordsStore package is like the Mac "Live In Boston" release, i believe called a 'cd/dvd digipack'-- the same format that the cd-dvd of "Crystal Visions" was released in-- i actually prefer to have my DVD's in normal (big) dvd cases and not packaged to look like a cd, but at this point, i will be really happy to get whatever they send out!
(why do i feel like i'll be heading out to Target anyway to get the 'Target only bonus track of 'Beauty and The Beast' or the (seemingly forgotten) 'If You Ever Did Believe' video which was left off of the 'Crystal Visions' cd-dvd package...)

Amazon charges you when the item is shipped, but the Warner store charges right away.
