I'm making the eight hour drive to see them in Pittsburgh on opening night then

Uniondale, NY
Mohegan Sun

and possibly NJ. And maybe MSG. It depends on who I can rope into going with me.

As someone who LOVES to travel all over and actually enjoys staying in hotels, I am extremely envious of DavidMn.

How in the world do you get off work that much to chase the band around? I'd have to find a better way to spend my hard earned money. Don't get me wrong... I love the band like everyone else... but seing them more than a couple of times in a tour just doesn't add up in my head, heart, or wallet.
I think it's awesome! Anyone who has paid attention to this website knows that David always has stories and adventures along the way. And with the cheap seats, he's seeing 20 shows for the same price I get to see only two. I'd probably do the same thing as him, but I HATE traveling... but if u do enjoy the journey as much as the destination (as it goes), then what better excuse to travel around than follow the Mac??? Honestly, it's about the only thing that could get me to do all that. So I, for one, look forward to David's tales. And am glad the Mac have given him an excuse for a vacay!

Imagine paying $1000 to hear "Don't Dream It's Over" instead of "Go Your Own Way"

Fleetwood Mac helped me through a time of heartbreak. 12 years later, they broke my heart.

Right on, David. If it's something you enjoy- do it! I think that it rocks. You will have an amazing time! I have to say, I a little jealous! Way to rock...

God Bless You. If you can get the time off and are able to financially plan to do it...more power to you! We only live once and so enjoy! I saw them 3 times in 2003 and that was good enough for me. If I had the funds this year I would go to a couple more shows but I am glad to be going just to the one in NYC. I don't buy the crazy packages and stuff but I can be a bit of a ticket brat when it comes to where I sit, this year I compromised a bit....they aren't like I am used to but they aren't bad either. I just want to be there to see them so I guess I would take what I could get. Enjoy your gazillion shows!

Ok fair enough, I misunderstood you. I do have some money that my aunt left me when she died, I have invested some but I use some for stuff like this too. Rainbow doesnt pay for all of it.

Considering how Wall Street is all in the sh***er right now, I'm afraid your FM tickets are probably the best investment in your portfolio.

Not so great, but I have quite a bit invested in Medtronic, a local company which is still doing pretty good.
