Default FM members: Stevie's fans?

I always wondered if the other members or FM used to go to Stevie's solo concerts. We all know about Mick being involved in some of her performances and also the incident with the Bella Donna record Stevie gave to Lindsey.
If I were an artist I would invite my friends to my concerts, so I don't know if there's any documentation, pics, or comments of the other members going to Stevie's shows. Any idea?

You mean as guests on stage, or just in the crowd? I really don't think they have done either...Mick might have been in the crowd before. Christine showed up to see the Mac on the SYW tour.

Slightly off the topic but why did Mick used to be involved with her performances? The same can be said for Mick being involved on stage with Bob Welch in the '70s.

Sometimes Mick has to just let go and stop being involved in everything...

I think it was a matter of money. Back in 1984-85-86, Mick had great financial problems, had to sell his house cheap and all that because he was forced to file for bankruptcy.
maybe stevie help him that way: contracting him as a part of her musical crew. plus, they always had a very close and lovely friendship and maybe, in that time of her career, when she had such problems with drugs and felt so sad after splitting up with walsh, she needed her friend.
it was a nice way to help each other.

There's a guy in the audience of Live in Boston who looks a lot like Mick.... did anyone notice this?
So at least we know he's in the audience of his own shows

Mick joined Stevie on stage quite a bit... You will notice him in one of her music (solo) videos... if anyone falls. She was in his solo video. He was in Lindsey's. i would say that they are just all friends and are featured becuase of their musical talents. I appreciate a random Mick every now and then. Ya know?

I was watching a Toxic (I think is the name of that band) music video and he randomly walked by the camera- I was like, "MICK!" My parents thought someone had come into the house, lol.

Now we do remember that Stevie is often in the audience, if not onstage, at Lindsey performances.

So- other than John popping up randomly Mick is the only one to really do it.

I don't think they went regularly, but apparently they attended here & there at solo shows. For example, Lindsey & Mick both attended Christine's solo show at Universal Amphitheatre in June 1984. Mick sat out front for several songs, & Lindsey stayed backstage.

I remember that Mick played bongo drums at several Nicks concerts on the Rock a Little tour stops in California.

Lindsey, as everyone knows, guested at the last two Fleetwood Mac concerts on the 1990 tour.

I know Mick and also Stevie's niece Jesse were in the audience for one of the Stevie's Las Vegas 2005 shows. I think it was the third night. And I think Mick was in about the tenth row.

Yes, and didn't he describe it as a "lounge act" to an interviewer? Because she played a bunch of old hits. IRONY. Not a horrible contradiction, though. Maybe his mindset is less artistic expansion than it was then, and more ensuring the best for his kids.

Yes, Lindsey made an appearance on Mick's solo album. Christine and Lindsey worked on each other's solo stuff. It's just the thing musical friends do.

Totally, Michele... Ya know what eats my lunch??? I don't hear a lot of Christine on Stevie's things. I figured that she and Stevie would be all about it. I can't really name a song of Stevie's solo career that featured Chris??? It leaves me empty inside, lol...

Funnily enough that interview shot straight into my mind when I heard about this Hits Tour, or whatever it is. He's become the very think he loathed back then. (Although, no doubt, with some wailing and gnashing of teeth before thinking of the $.)

Tonic/Open Up Your Eyes. Tonic also covered "Second Hand News" on the "Legacy/Tribute to Fleetwood Mac's Rumours" cover CD.
