Default What SAY YOU WILL songs will they play?

This tour, what (and how many) SYW songs will they include?

My wish list:
Peacekeeper
Thrown down
Say Goodbye
What's the world coming to

though.. I don't think there will be more than 2. Seems the old classic hits got the priority

My honest guess is none, but if any: Peacekeeper.

Or Bleed to Love her cuz i hear that one on the radio a lot. And it's from The Dance originally: which was a hit! lol

I'm thinking Peacekeeper, Say You Will or quite possibly Come. You know how Lindsey loves his solos!! I don't think they'd do a song from SYW that they hadn't done previously but one never knows

Come was excellent on the GOS tour the way they slowed it down, dropped the key and made it heavier so they might carry that over to The Mac. Red Rover would be a nice addition. Bleed To Love Her is always good. I predict it will be Peacekeeper and maybe throw in Say Goodbye as a quiter number.

This is a hits tour. These aren't hits.

RIGHT... I agree. These were not hits. I could see them doing Peacekeeper. I liked Come, but it didn't play out well LIVE... At least not in MY opinion. I love the song though. Love it.

I don't see Come making the cut. It's probably one of the reasons Stevie would like another woman in the band.

Of the SYW songs, I think the title track has a good shot of making it.

If I had my wish Miranda and EFO would be added. Of course, Thrown Down too, but that won't be happening.

Right on, I am sure Come will not make it. I wouldn't mind seeing SYW or Thrown Down. How much do you love MIRANDA??? I just love the feeling I get with that song... It is darker, lyrically, but the beat doesn't let go of ya...

I gotta ask, where do you hear this song on the radio all the time? I would flip out mildly if I heard Bleed to Love Her on the radio!

Also, to stay on topic, that is the song I'm hoping to hear. I really wanted it when I saw Lindsey and it's one of the only songs that he slid in now and then, but no dice. It's what got me listening to this band, hearing it live would excite me more than anything!

Really really really hoping for Goodbye Baby. Believe it or not, this was the song that made me buy this album in the first place.

Just around town, in restaurants for example. I hear it. Maybe it's not the radio. Maybe it's on ipod playlists at restaurants. Which reminds me, one time i was at a cool tapas place in the city and right when i sat down... The Chain from The Dance started playing. . . and then the entirety of The Dance played on! It was awesome!!!!!!! Though my friend with me would probably say it ruined dinner. lol

AS FOR Say You Will songs... there is no way Stevie will do a SYW song, I feel, because she has enough "hits" in her arsenal. Lindsey might fit in Peacekeeper if only cuz he doesn't have as many hits to play.

This is a Hits Tour. Since there were no hits on Say You Will, they won't be playing anything from it.

That is the idea, but we are venturing so far as to say that Lindsey would not have enough songs to balance out Stevie, so they may have to do like Peacekeeper or something. I could even imagine Goodbye baby.

I pretty much agree.

Where's that thread about their hit singles? The inclusion of Monday Morning also suggests that they'll be branching out into tracks from HIT ALBUMS.

ETA: Found the thread. Shoot but didn't copy the link. Anyway here are the hit singles according to wiki and I'll add likely album tracks:

Lindsey Buckingham (3)
"Go Your Own Way"
"Tusk"
"Big Love"

Likely(5):
Monday Morning
I'm So Afraid
Second Hand News
Never Going Back Again
The Chain

Not Probable but Possible (5):
Eyes Of The World
I Know I'm Not Wrong
Bleed To Love Her
Peacekeeper
Say Goodbye

TOTAL: 8-13

Stevie Nicks (6)
"Rhiannon"
"Dreams"
"Sara"
"Gypsy"
"Seven Wonders"
"Silver Springs"

Likely (3):
Landslide
Gold Dust Woman
Stand Back

Not Probable but Possible (3):
Beautiful Child
Sisters Of The Moon (highly doubtful!)
Say You Will

TOTAL: 9-12

Christine McVie (10 HIT SINGLES)

LIKELY (2)
"Don't Stop"
"World Turning"

POSSIBLE BUT NOT PROBABLE (3)
"Little Lies"
"Say You Love Me"
"You Make Loving Fun"

IMPOSSIBLE (6)
"Think About Me"
"Everywhere"
"Over My Head"
"Hold Me"
"Love in Store"
"Save Me"

TOTAL POSSIBLE: 1-4

TOTAL PROBABLE NUMBER OF SONGS: 18-?

If they play ANYTHING outside of the above POSSIBLE realm, I'll be shocked. My guess is 10 songs each. And then two MAYBE three Christine songs.
