Hey John! I PMed you on youtube. It's nice to see you here! Thanks for taking your time to help us with the album matter!
we've turned this sandy stewart topic into a multiple-site-engaging investigation... quite amusing! you're right Marinnette, it's stunning how unconditionally helpful people on the internet can be.
Thank you so much John, and also Chriskisn, for uploading!

There was mention of Quarterflash somewhere else on this thread. I remember going into a CD store many years ago and asking if she could order me in the two Quarterflash albums I was seeking (Take Another Picture & Back Into Blue) and the woman looked at me blankly and said "Who is Quarterflush?"

hey, we are a good investigative team (and very stubborn!). we are CSI...I mean, FSI:
Fleetwood Mac and related Stuff Investigation.

Still we don't know the name of that sooooonnngggg: gooot a great feeling inside of meee and it's gonnaaaa get better you seeeee....the video is like a Salvador Dali's nightmare.

P.S: yes...we all have played the role of the "album freak" looking for good music no one knows. ohhh quarterflash...love it. so when LB's GOS went on sale I decided not to go through that humilliation again (Lindsey what? LOHAN??? aaaghhhh) and ordered via Internet.

Well the closest I can think of is New Rose by The Damned - but not quite

I got a feeling inside of me
It's kind of strange like a stormy sea...

Now that the Blue Yonder thing is "solved," I want to somehow get in touch w/Sandy. That's how this whole thing started. I just got the Blue Yonder music like a year ago. Like some of you, i have been searching for this album for years.....well like 2 months really...but I would occassionally search for a day or so on the internet. But I aggresively searched for about 2 months, lead me to Kip Winger (who by the way was awesome, sent me several e-mails to help find it, very nice of him ...THANKS AGAIN KIP!!) which lead me to the person who sent me the actual "record,' which i will never use...probably should e-bay it....then i found her as she is today playing w/Mark Beets Band. I have contacted him to confirm this is actually her. He did confirm but offered no information to contact her. He didn't even reply when i asked if he could forward a message for me. Just want to let her know how much her Cat Dancer album was appreciated and of course the REAL SCOOP on her and Stevie. This was a great little journey and I forgot who said something about "having a bad Christmas" and that finding this music "made it better," the fact that this little ammount of time and effort actually made someone's Christmas.....made mine , so THANK YOU!! SEE YOU ALL AROUND THE LEDGE.

I guess the kirin mets song was written exclusively for the commercial, since there's really no hint on the web whatsoever. still, good luck, capricorn

could it be "aaron" instead???? (that's pretty cool if it is!)
Yep, it's "Aaron".....and I think Stevie tossed it in just to keep Sandy happy! (Personally, I always thought it was kind of cool!)

Hmm...weird...maybe try downloading it again...enough people seem to have downloaded it in the past 24 hrs....

Alternatively I can do a .zip file for you and email you a link...

EDIT: Actually just downloaded it myself and it unzipped fine. If you can't get it to work then pm me and I'll work something out for you (however I'm going to bed now as it is almost 1am).

Chris

Maybe it was just a ref vocal that Stevie assumed would be edited out, but Lindsey kept in because he liked it. He's been known to keep ref vocals & instrumentals in the final product.

Tried playing this album last night while my wife and I were sitting outside having a few drinks. I'm hardly surprised but we only got to track five before she made me turn it off....
