Yea - they have a vibe.

And, the thing about BF is he is the gayest acting straight, married Morman I have ever seen

Yes, I saw this and loved it too. I love that he didn't try to change the lyrics ("...boys just wanna have fun"). I was worried.

Definitely have a great vibe.

I love the Killers.
Nuff Said.
It's a good version.

Better than the chipmunky Miley Cyrus..

OY

I can honestly say that pre packaged product is the lamest thing I've seen. Maybe her "boyfriend" and Brandon are "friends"

Ahhh! This is crazy. I love the Killers, and I am totally shocked to see them doing a cover like this. Did anyone check out Sawdust? I heard it was all B-sides and unreleased demos, plus the Mr. Brightside Remix. I still need to pick up their new album, but I bet its fantastic, they never really fail to disappoint me.

Thanks for sharing!

I know.

Tower and I used to talk about those days - you and I have as well. I honestly think there will never be another time like it. This Killers cover is close. But, to me, those times were just heavan for me. I remember sneaking into some random club in New Orleans and seeing REM under another name performing everything from their songs to New Orleans' stuff. It just seems like it is all too slick now. Everything was just seemingly so new then. I mean I remember when MTV came in air

Maybe it was that period of youth everyone goes through and I just think mine was special. Who knows.

So true.

I love The Killers, but I'm not digging their new "Human" tune.

I think it is okay. I also think showcases his voice better than some of the other hits. He has a god voice, but it is limited.

Finally, what the hell is up with the emu (?) feathered shoulder pads

I miss the 80's

On edit:

I do think the lyrics are quite beautiful. In fact, I would not mind if they played this at my funeral

Human Lyrics

I did my best to notice
When the call came down the line
Up to the platform of surrender
I was brought but I was kind
And sometimes I get nervous
When I see an open door
Close your eyes
Clear your heart...
Cut the cord

Are we human?
Or are we dancer?
My sign is vital
My hands are cold
And I'm on my knees
Looking for the answer
Are we human?
Or are we dancer?

Pay my respects to grace and virtue
Send my condolences to good
Give my regards to soul and romance,
They always did the best they could
And so long to devotion
You taught me everything I know
Wave goodbye
Wish me well..
You've got to let me go

Are we human?
Or are we dancer?
My sign is vital
My hands are cold
And I'm on my knees
Looking for the answer
Are we human?
Or are we dancer?

Will your system be alright
When you dream of home tonight?
There is no message we're receiving
Let me know is your heart still beating

Are we human?
Or are we dancer?
My sign is vital
My hands are cold
And I'm on my knees
Looking for the answer

You've got to let me know

Are we human?
Or are we dancer?
My sign is vital
My hands are cold
And I'm on my knees
Looking for the answer
Are we human
Or are we dancer?

Are we human?
Or are we dancer?

Are we human
Or are we dancer?

See, I think that his vocal is subpar on Human. I keep waiting for him to hit a great big note but he holds back. Just my preference I guess.

And those shoulder pads are tterrifying.

I think he is trying to control it more on this song. It is not killer by any means. Killer for him is the last

"I NEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVEEEEEEEEERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR"

on Mr. Brightside, which I love.
