Mine too. I am a big ole softy in that I am soooo Capra esq.

In the end, if Obama can accomplish 1/3 of what he set out to accomplish, that will be a boon to civil rights that will last for, hopefully, decades.

his last name isnt EGO, er, Clinton!!!! Hehehehe!!!

A name nationally that Democrats better get used to hearing, Dan Boren (D) "from Muskogee" - this kid keeps getting re-elected and is even more popular than his father David Boren (D), the former US Senator...The sky is the limit for this kid. I'd love to see a hometown boy succeed!

It has been something alright ..but to see such a light after these 8 dark and dismaying years is really a balm for the heart and soul.I feel as if I am getting my country back on this very night.

Interesting, for the first time in Oklahoma history the GOP have control of the state Senate...Don't know if I should be scared or not

It appears Obama will carry Flor-I-Duh...Wow, they finally learned how to vote, I'm shocked!!!

SOOOOOOO Glad to see that Obama is going to win this thing. It's like a burden has been lifted off of my shoulders... I've been anticipating this thing for a long time and I know a lot of you all have as well.

It is rumored McCain will concede within the next 15 minutes.

Wow is all I can say.

North Louisiana has always been far religious right. I've never really liked Mary Landrieu, but I'm glad she'll be keeping her seat - wasn't she way ahead in the polls?

I'm pretending that the marriage props don't exist for now - I looked briefly at the returns and they don't look good.

She currently is leading 50 to 48 with 78% of the districts reporting.

I like Sen. Landrieu. Then again, I am from there and understand where she is coming from perhaps more than others. I do readily admit she could be better, though that can be said about most I suppose.
