Dodgers were outhit and outplayed by the Phillies...Congrats!!!

Now to see if the Red Sox awaken and show up ready to play tomorrow against the Rays.

I see American League East in a 'familar' scenario:

The New York Yankees are the Republicans (the 'so-called' "Evil Empire")
The Boston Red Sox are the Democrats (the 'so called' "Nation"...ppppphhh!!!)
The Tampa Bay Rays are the Independents

Neither the Yanks or Red Sox want another team (Or in politics another PARTY with ideas) to upset their balance of power on the AL East (Or the USA in the political sense), because once another team can successfully do so, it's adios to the 2 super-powers...and back to the basement with 'em.

I'm cheering for the Rays...I like the underdog!!!

down 7-0 and to pull to 7-6 shows guts.

Update: The BoSox won...Gotta give 'em credit, but going back to Tampa is going to be interesting to say the least (I was hoping Tampa won for 2 reasons, #1 No more ANNOYING ads for penis enlargement pills and #2, and far worse, NO MORE ads for "Frank 'SUCKS' TV")
