I always try to combine other interests when I travel to see concerts. When I saw Stevie in 2005 in Tampa, Fort Lauderdale, Houston Dallas, Denver, San Diego, Anaheim, and L.A I had a chance to see alot of places I might have never seen otherwise. Places like Key West, the 4 corners, Grand Canyon, Hollywood Bowl, Red Rocks, etc. Probably my favorite concert story involving doing something else was back on the SYW tour. I was in the middle of seeing the first part of the tour and had left my friends place in Cleveland to go to a Pirates baseball game in Pittsburgh. Game started at 12:35 pm, ended at 3, then I drove up to Buffalo NY to see Fleetwood Mac that night. Arrived 45 minutes before the show.

Oh, was the concert good, because the Pirates aren't!
Anyway, weren't they also going to do a Pittsburgh show that they ended up canceling, or was that some one else? I remember hearing that one of my favorite bands was comming through and cancelled, I just am not certain which one it was.

But PNC Park, where the Pirates play is my FAVPRITE new park hands down. Beautiful! As far as the Pittsburgh concert goes, they played there on May 10, 2003, which I was at, but there was scheduled to be a ahow at the Post-Gazette pavilion in June of 2004 that was cencelled.

Thanks.

PNC par is amazing. It is the only reason that the Pirates' attendance doesn't drop any lower! And this season they added an all you can eat section.

I remember they had these things called Primanti Brothers sandwiches. I ate one and was in love!

Best city in the US.

How could you not have french fries on your sandwich? Its not that they make theirs weird, everyone else just does it wrong.

I just love the people, gaslamp district. That amphitheater down there is really nice too. Plus I can stay downtown and walk wherever.
