A plea to all those going to the Toronto show tonight...

Yeah, it took awhile for people to warm up for Cyndi. The same was true near the end of last night's show. When people got up for SHN and started moving toward the stage, I thought why couldn't you have shown this enthusiasm earlier?! But I'm not going tonight, sorry. I had the offer to go but I couldn't get things together in time.



When he looked over, I hoped he noticed a few of us singing the more obscure songs. I tried to make a point of it. I got the impression he was very appreciative of us, though, whether we stood or not.

I thought that he might have been looking at me during Treason so I made sure to sing all the words, more so than I usually do. It is really important that he knows that he still has the following (his cult is one of his favorite things to write about). If he didn't have that, he just might stop writing, and we can't let that happen.

LOL yes, that was me! That is too funny...I was looking around beforehand trying to figure out who was a Ledgie and who wasn't, and was about to begin asking people but then...didn't for some reason. YES he did ask me that...he also began telling me about how influential "Rumours" was when it came out..."in 1978." I guess I looked at him funny because then he went "I mean, '76." LOL!

I know...I was thinking the same thing about when they finally started moving forward. And even then, not from our side...well, except for me and some guy. Soooooo frustrating!

Shame you're not going tonight...I will definitely report back soon to say if this crowd was better!

But yes, I noticed he seemed to be looking at me a few times so I just made sure to sing, sing, sing every single time...you're absolutely right about him needing to know he has the following. We want him to keep writing...and we want him to come back around on a solo tour again someday!!!

No way!! I would rather he do a full year tour for this than a Fleetwood Mac tour. Besides, who likes that band anyway?

I had no idea about the set-list before-hand, so when he played Come I a) nearly died/combusted from excitement and b) jumped, head-banged, and generally rocked. That was one of the highlights of the year!

I'd rather have a solo tour than Mac stuff. If he could get Mick and John up there without getting Stevie involved then I'd be in heaven.

We should wear nametags next time. We were almost sitting together (you were beside my mom at first) before you moved up. Really wish I'd asked now! And when I heard that guy say that I was like, WHAT? lol. It was polka music!

Maybe I should have said this earlier, I only got to go to the Cleveland show, and there weren't seats there. I would have loved to make it to others, but it just wouldn't work (Cleveland barely worked as it is).

Oh, you were close? We were in the frontish of the line to get in to the venue, but we stopped to buy a shirt before we got in line to go in. The floor was half-full by the time we got there and so were twards the back of the crowd. I think that I might have seen the back of your heads. I was in the UtS tour shirt, but carrying my GoS shirt, with glasses and long hair (well, for a guy).

I know that she got the b&w pic from here. The Lindsey solo page on the Fleetwoodmac-uk site has some cool pictures. That one was my iPod Touch background for a while (before I changed it to the Face of Boe).
