Hillary Duff to play Stevie in biopic

April 25, 2028–Actress/singer Hilary Duff has been cast to play the late rock singer Stevie Nicks in a biopic titled “Gold Dust Woman.” Nicks first rose to fame in the 1970s as the bewitching member of the legendary band Fleetwood Mac, then went onto a successful solo career before her hauntingly original voice deteriorated to what one Rolling Stone critic likened to that of a duck caught in a boat propeller. She died of a head injury in 2023 when she fell off her signature platform shoes during a concert at the Red Rocks Amphitheatre near Denver. The film is due out in 2029.
