Not sure how I feel about it being imposed for sex crimes in general. Aren't most rapes more about power & violence as opposed to sex? I supposed adjusting hormones may make men less violent (I know women can be sex offenders, but the majority are male) and less apt to attack someone sexually....

^^ I agree too. I think most pedophiles will tell you they wish they could stop. Some even want to be caught and put in jail so they never hurt another child. at first I thought taking the meds wouldn't be a good idea because it'd be a lot of work on the state to make sure they are taking them. But i believe they probably would because they don't want to be that way.

as far as rapists, etc-that's for the courts to decide but I agree it's about power. so surgery it is.


i wonder if that law WERE passed, would the sex related crimes levels plummet? I think for any guy, they could chill their roll if they knew mr spanky was gonna become mr pancake.

I think the pills are as effective as the surgery. But, if castrating all second offender rapists would stop all rapes (a lofty goal) -- I'd be all for it, esp. since it would be highly unlikely that there could be two bogus rape convictions.

Well, not speaking all guys with weenies as I got chastized for that in another thread when discussing nads and the male ego I can say the only pancake I want is a blueberry stuffed one So, I think it might be a strong deterrent, based soley on my love of my nads and spanky that is

I think so too. I think they have to go to some local clinic and get the injection - maybe once a week.
