Not sure how I feel about it being imposed for sex crimes in general. Aren't most rapes more about power & violence as opposed to sex? I supposed adjusting hormones may make men less violent (I know women can be sex offenders, but the majority are male) and less apt to attack someone sexually....

I agree. And, although I do think the state should have a very limited right to make anyone take medication -- in this one and perhaps only instance I think it is a mostly good idea.
