Thanks Michelle. That was my first time at the St Patty's parade in Southie. Well except for when I was 3 and 4, dad just told me I was there, but I don't remember. We went back to Kristin's for beer and bathroom and never made it back out. It was pretty cold here on Sun!

Oddly, no green drinks. Started with "Irish Coffee Scorpion Bowl". Basically coffee, Bailey's, and Jameson in a bowl with ice. Effing delicious at 11:30am. Haha. Then on to the Guinness and then light beer. I ate everything in sight to stave off any stomach issues and it worked! Tuck made these awesome chicken and avocado quesadillas, they were heavenly.

Oh yes it did. It happens all of the time actually, their families don't always tell them when the wedding is. He was forced to get married or not get his passport back so he could return to the states.

Oh you know what, I thought you were saying it happened to you. That would be extra-awful. But true, it definately can happen in some cultures where traditional arranged marriages are the norm and love marriages are the exception (or, almost unheard-of).

How about someone breaking up with you by 'text message'. Sh*tty, right? Happened to me. I was at work when it happened, and I was speechless with shock for about 10 minutes or so, and thereafter it just occurred to me how ridiculous it all was and I laughed about it for the rest of the day with my officemates.
