I don't hate it exactly, just not what I hoped it would be. Regardless Don Coscarelli gets my thumbs up for his wicked awesome Phantasm films!)
I LOVE Bubba Ho-Tep!!!! Absolutely one of my favorite movies. But, to each their own, I guess. I'm terribly disappointed that Bruce Campbell and Don Cascarelli had a bit of a falling out and consequently Campbell will not be starring in the sequel, Bubba Nosferatu

Nope. I saw it but thought it was kind of boring.

I don't care for it either, but it never played in my area so I bought it without seeing it first. Oh well.

I have Gilbert Grape.

Darlene Cates - who played Johnny Depp's mother - was discovered by Peter Hedges author of the novel "What's Eating Gilbert Grape?" when she appeared on a Sally Jessy Raphael Show in 1992 to talk about her self-imposed imprisonment.

Grindhouse? (which were released individually on DVD, Robert Rodriquez's Planet Terror and Quentin Tarantino's Death Proof)

p.s. If you liked Bubba Ho-Tep, you might enjoy Bruce Campbell's new movie, They Call Me Bruce. Trailer:

^Yeah, I've been looking forward to that one for awhile. I love me some Bruce.

No Grindhouse, though.

The Day After Tommorrow - yes, despite my better judgement regarding Roland Emmerich movies.
