It's one hell of a good time, rest assured. Of course it could all depend on the group you go with...

Don't expect any Fleetwood Mac memorabilia.

I went there about four or five years ago. You're not missing much - it's just big and bland and overpriced, basically. It's cool seeing the memorabilia, but personally, I don't think it's worth the $25 admission. Instead of going there, I plan on spending money I don't have on toys at Big Fun in the Coventry area ^_^

Cleveland is totally my second home. I'm up there once every few months for shows, basically. It's only two hours from where I live, anyway. Plz tell me you're going to the Dolls show in Buffalo, though - you have no excuse not to!

I went back to Edinburgh at the end of last year but that's the past not the future. Nothing planned really.

last week of august and first week of september to Brittany in France :
http://www.campingdeschevrets.fr/pages/camping.html

we've been there before and i loooovvvve the beach there. in the mornings it's so quiet when i take my daily wake-up walk, and the beach and rocks look different every day. For me it's the perfect place to completely air my head and where i can catch up on my reading. We also plan to take a day trip to Jersey where i'll go absolutely crazy and let myself shop till i drop

other than that we do not have any plans yet. maybe a few days to the belgian coast or if we win with the lottery we might take a trip to London.
we'll see.

Buffalo is just over 3 hours away from you, I think. Stop making excuses, Kate!

And no, I didn't go. I'm too tired/square/old/lame (pick one or all of the above.) Great review in the paper today, though.

Dominican Republic from March 6 - 13 over my spring break. Nice **** all-inclusive resort. I cannot wait to get there!!

I was in Cozumel over Thanksgiving break and that was fantastic!

There are sooooo many benefits to dating a pilot!

Was it cold up there?

As for Petep9000 --- you'll have the nicest smile on the planet, and isn't that better than a vacation?
And if that is a photo of your dentist, yes, he is very easy on the eyes....
sadly it was the warmest they've seen in recent history... normally there's 3 feet of snow and 5-10 degrees... it was sunny 45 and no snow....

You're right, it is. Carrie & I jokingly compare/contrast Buffalo & Cleveland. They really are nice cities - I mean, if you're looking for sweet resorts & expensive hotspots, don't bother. But if you love hsitoric waterfront cities with great architecture & interesting things to see & do, they're great!
