And boy am I glad he did. That version of the song is intense. Love it!
I wish Christine would have chosen "Spare Me A Little," "Isn't it Midnight," and...for the first time ever..."Sugar Daddy." I've heard Over My head, Say You Love Me and Everywhere are fine songs, but I'm tired of them. |

I've got to say that The Dance version of Big Love is much better than the LIB version. The LIB ones isn't as good a performance and the audio isn't anywhere near as fantastic sounding.
Mine has chapters. It starts the show without bringing you to a menu but then if I hit the "menu" button on the remote it brings me to it. Maybe it is the newer ones that have it because I only got mine a couple of years ago. |

There is just something about The Dance that has me entranced, from start to finish, it puts me in this dream state. There's a kind of velvety elegance to it that I think trumps LIB..now don't get me wrong, i love LIB.

The Dance, no doubt, was better.
First of all, we got the whole Rumours lineup. That's my main reason. No Fleetwood Mac is perfect without Christine... well, actually without the whole lineup. Second, production was better. Obviously because the show was oriented to be a DVD and CD, celebrating the reunion, so it had to follow the Eagles reunion format, or like other bands. It had to sound perfect. And voices were in better shape, specially Stevie's. She sounded far lower in Boston. The good thing of Boston was that it actually sounded more "live", spontaneous, natural.. ok you may say "authentic". Yes, The Dance was "too produced", but that was their point in that moment. Stand Back was great at Boston. Yes, maybe it didn't fit at the Dance, though the band has adopted SB since years ago in their shows. And we got great songs like Beautiful Child, Sara.. songs we had never seen live.. or didn't see since long ago.. Boston is a great show. It has its highlights. But The Dance was the great reunion. |

well yeah not on the DVD. Which sucked. Would've been nice to have I Know I'm Not Wrong too! I saw them do that in Jacksonville in 2004 and it was AWESOME!
