Someone once told me a long time ago that Stevie started wearing the black ribbon on her neck on the Mirage tour for Robin. Thats all I heard. So whenever I see the black ribbon, I know its the Mirage tour.

Its the Mirage tour. Look at the fried hair. On the WH tour it was in a poodle curly type look and Bella Donna its longer and straighter. Plus, she wore that type of dress and top on the Mirage Tour. The necklace also supports the Mirage theory.

But, to make things more complicated, she also wore that black ribbon on the first couple WH shows.
