Post Knockin' on Heaven's Door 1986 Sydney

Hi All,

I've been away from the Ledge for awhile, good to see it is alive and well. I was home recently and going through my Stevie cassettes and VHS tapes and came across a couple of favorite gems of mine. Stevie singing "Knockin' on Heaven's Door" with Tom Petty and Bob Dylan. I have one performance on cassette and one on VHS...the sound quality is pretty atrocious on both and the VHS bootleg is one of those that is pretty difficult to make out. But, it's always been just good enough to tell that these were great performances. I was wondering if anyone out there has a decent version of either night of the performance. I think I checked several years ago, but it might have been like 8 or 9 years ago at this point so I thought it might be worth a second try. Anyhow, I would be THRILLED if anyone had a copy.

Best,
Erin

There is crappy audio of it, & there is even crappy video of it. There's even some crappy audio of the whole gang (minus Dylan himself) singing songs around the piano at the hotel they're all staying at. But I haven't heard of anything circulating of significantly better quality.

Yeah...the crappy audio and video are what I have. And that's a good description, the video is "even crappier." I don't like to watch or listen to either because I know they get just slightly worse each time through. But, I fear it is all that's out there...
