Back to business --- I threw Socially Awkward a real estate call. (She's a title examiner.) The call was right up her alley. So, like a good little secretary (remember: she's an attorney) she took all the information and sent it as an E-mail to the managing partner and told him to call the Client back.

He flew into her office and yelled -- "Not so fast. You handle this."

Then she got pissed, pouted and left early.

I really should STOP reviving this thread, but when I get annoyed with my superiors I find that a little venting does the soul good.

New Baby Lawyer got his correspondence back as a bad address....so he sent it again today...to the same address...only certified.

It reminds me of the old saying about the carpenter who declared:

"I've sawed this board off again, and it's still too short!"
