.........are you drinking wine again PIP?!.......cos this seems to be one of those 'under the influence' threads

I don't like castles much...........but I do like some Palaces. Here's my favourite a few miles from where I was born - Blenheim Palace in Oxfordshire.

Your kids are gorgeous Pip!

I don't like castles as much as I like trees but have you ever been to Leeds Castle? It's definitely worth a visit and afterwards, since you're in the area, you can go visit Christine McVie!

It's because, Mr Matthews, there's a village called Leeds in Kent!
The castle is pretty nearby

Edit: haha, Leeds Village has a website can you believe? http://www.leedskent.org.uk/

If they had a football team I believe he would! But according to that website they only have a cricket and a table tennis club.

I don't think the table tennis club looks all that great though, but maybe that's just me:

The WI quiz night in March looks good for £3, but you have to bring your own food and drink.

I like castles and cathedrals.
I think my favorite of the castles I've visited is Chambord.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ch%C3%A2teau_de_Chambord

It seems from photos that Germany has some of the prettiest castles, though I've never been.
