Default How was your poo this morning?

In the past few months, I have dramatically increased the amount of fiber in my diet. Oatmeal every day without fail, tons of fresh fruits, dried fruits, and veggies both raw and cooked. I think I'm actually getting the recommended daily servings, which is not so easy (and something I never thought I'd do).

Needless to say, every morning is an adventure- I never know what's going to be produced. Today, I made a mushy snake about a foot long and to my suprise it didn't snap in half. And how was yours?

Also, try my fruit smoothie, recipe posted here awhile back.

Also, add wheat germ to a bunch of things, like smoothies, chicken piccata, (whole wheat) pasta with marinara, & raw salmon over wild rice.

Two kinds of fiber: soluble & insoluble.

Soluble fiber would be Granny Smith apple skin (which is in my smoothie recipe).

Insoluble fiber would be psyllium husk.

Don't forget to bike 25 miles each day around 3 p.m., or basically as long as your butt can stand (or sit) being on the bike seat.

My ****s are sporadic and usually an awful experience. Here is my long poo filled tale:

About two years ago, my stomach started to become VERY fickle. I could eat anything, but a day or so later I would get an AWFUL stomach ache during school. I don't know how recently you all have seen a public High School boy's restroom, but its absolutely disgusting. There is no way I'm going to **** at school unless my lower intestine is slowly but surely venturing outside of my asshole.

Anyway, I went to my pediatrician, who recommended liquid enemas, which let me tell you, was the most unpleasant experience of my life and reaffirmed that I most certainly am straight. After two more appointments and little improvement, I was sent to a specialist.

Seeing this specialist involved waiting for two hours in a very, VERY small lobby with a large amount of non-English speaking Hispanics. This was a bad sign, but not an indicator of things to come.

The doctor was very knowledgeable, proceeded to lay me on my back and play my stomach like a Congo. He said I would need an x-ray, which indeed confirmed that I literally, was full of ****, which led to the diagnoses of an Impacted Colon.

After this, I was prescribed two laxatives, "go-lightly" and "miralax." The Go-Lightly is the most horrible, explosive laxative on the face of the planet. Basically, you have to drink a gallon of salt water, which I chose to do while watching "Blue Thunder" staring Roy Scheider. Apparently I thought it was a much better movie then it ended up being.

Anyway, this laxative caused me to have the most liquidy diarrhea one could imagine over the course of two hours. After this, I felt better than ever.

I currently drink the other prescription, Miralax every night, and still have problems poo-ing in school.

My latest poo was diarrheal turdlings.

Thanks for listening to my story.

Wow Pete. Amazing. You remind me of my friend JoDan, who is so proud of his ****s that he'll take pictures of them with his cell phone and text it to everyone.

I noticed that when I was living in France, my poo was never solid like it often is here. It wasn't diarrhea, either...just a much softer, liquidier consistency.

And as for this morning...let's just say I haven't gotten that far yet.

Wow that is WEIRD, cause mine was opposite. I had much better dates-with-the-toilet when I was living in New Zealand. Now, more often than not, I get backed up like a garbage diposal.

He wouldn't be my friend for long, but he'd probably have a lifetime BFF in Michelle.

I'm so fiber-filled, that some times I just make it...good thing I only wear white Calvins on special occasions. They just wouldn't cut it for daily wear like my dark blue or green undies.

Haha...I picture you like Harry on his date with mary in "Dumb & Dumber" ...he just made it to the can after Lloyd gave him the super laxative!

Haha...NEVER wear whitey tighties for that reason alone. You just NEVER KNOW what that little pink stinker is capable of.
