A friend of mine recently told me that she had one of those dish network audio stations on tv and they played a pre-1975 fleetwood mac song with chris on lead. she had never heard the song before but was postive that it was fleetwood mac because they showed the credits and she, being a sort of casual fan, recognized Chris's voice right away.
Of course, I asked her what song it was and she didn't remember the name. She was positive that the title was one of those that has part of it in parentheses (like Rhiannon (will you ever win)). Additionally, she said that the song mentioned being mad or something to that effect. Now that was an even tougher mystery cause Christine is one of the last ones to be mad about anything except in love in any of her songs. So, I went through my collection (although I don't have kiln house or any of her solo stuff) but couldn't find any such song. So I was forced into singing her a very quick medley of some possibilities. Nothing. So I let it go. I just checked the lyric database to no avail. Anyone have any clues? It's been driving me nuts the past several weeks!!! Watch, it's probably not even a FM or Christine song. People are so "certain" and then they end up being wrong and say, "oh, well i thought...." |
