Default what are your favorite rock instrumentals?

I find that a lot of the songs that move me the most are instrumentals and was just wondering if anyone else had any favorites. Here are two that I'm listening to a lot at the moment...

Happy Hunting Ground by The Church

Wipe Me I'm Lucky by The Clean

Albatross - FM

Egyptian Reggae - Jonathan Richman and The Modern Lovers.

Theme From Great Cities - Simple Minds

Peter Gunn - ELP

Teen Beat - FM

Wipe Out - the Ventures (originally by the Surfaris, but this version rocks like h*ll. Look at this incredibly fabulous clip; the frames are all modern graphics..)

I don't think I have any rock instrumental favorites. But if you stripped the vocals off some of my favorite rock songs, like Rainbow Blues or Mama's Pearl, you'd have excellent rock instrumentals.

More darkwavish type instrumentals than rock, but hauntingly wonderful:
Devils Lake - Patrick O'Hearn
Upon The Wings of the Night - P. O'Hearn
Coba - P. O'Hearn

oh hooray ChiliD...I'm glad you put "green onions" coz I was going to do the same earlier, but thought it might not qualify as "rock". It is quite tame, but one of my alltime favs (oh oh, are we showing our age now??)
