If you click on auction items, she's listed. I didn't hear exactly what they said on the radio, I thought I heard them say that she signed a guitar to be auctioned off.

Thanks for the news item, Lee! No, I didn't bid on it, but surely somebody will.
Imagine if it was the guitar that Stevie wrote After the Glitter Fades on?!
That would be CLASSIC.

We love the '80s: And so does Sue Static. The purveyor of Static Records is ready to launch the 12th annual Big 80s Flashback Bash. It's set for Saturday at Paycheck's Lounge in Hamtramck.

Detroit bands Red September, Apartment 4, Popsicle Shiv, Walkin' Talkin' Toxins and Bruce Bryson will perform songs from the decade that brought us MTV, big hair and a World Series win for the Detroit Tigers.

The party began as a jam session with band members performing '80s tunes. Over the years, it has grown into a must-see tribute event.

Those who attend are encouraged to don their favorite '80s garb; '80s videos and music will be showcased throughout the night. Like, oh my gawd. $6 admission to benefit a local animal shelter. 2932 Caniff. 313-874-0254.
