Nice! This is pretty much how I recall the Rhiannons of the 90-91 era. I love, love, love the ad libbed lyrics. Also, as an aside, didn't that skirt make a reappearance on the Say You Will Tour? This video looks to be pro shot. Does anyone know which stop of the Behind The Mask tour this was?

This is from Toronto Canada. Not sure the date. Was either November or October. I thought the 1990 Rhiannons were good. The one from the Maine Road boot is killer.

The Behind The Mask Tour was one of the best tours and Stevie was really cool and still fluid with her movement. I also like that people didn't scream as much when she would spin or twirl.

I would have liked the whole Stevie-robe concept if those massive shoulder pads didn't distract from the rest of the outfit. The Rooms on Fire robe is the only one I can tolerate.

You call that spinning? Twirling?? She looks likes she gliding through a Klonopin haze. Godawful.

Do you have another word for turning around your body? She was twirling or spinning. Just not at a fast speed. Personally, I think her moves on stage now are very clunky.

I wish Stevie never spoke of Klonopin because most of you people here use that to put her down during this time. It's getting old. Find another reason you don't like it, but liked it before.

I agree with this. Anyone who has tried Klonopin knows that twirling would be fun while on it. You wouldn't be robot-ish twirling on Klonopin is what I mean to say,

So true. If she was so klonopined out, how did she remember the song lyrics?

Rhiannon was such a great slow burn in 1990.

I don't care for this version at all. She is in a danmed haze. Klonopin induced or not. It's no better then the current versions. I like how Rick plays the guitar in this version, that's about it. The later half of the CV tour Rhianons were beter performance wise then this.

It is what it is. It was glaringly obvious that something was 'off' with Stevie's performances after 1986 and prior to 1994. She would not have had to even come out of the closet with her second major addiction. We would, by now, be looking back on that period and saying "gee, she really must have been on some kind of drug back then".

Other reasons? I don't like her post-1986 laconic vocal style. I also don't care for those bathrobe-with-shoulderpad (with matching hat) outfits.
It's preference. Some people like Elvis in black leather, some people like him in white jumpsuits. You don't need to agree with me. You don't have to read my posts, either.
