YOu left out the part where I said "good on ya"...meaning, well done if you have the time for it. So no, I wasnt being preachy. You just like to say that about me for some reason.

and EHHHH *incorrect buzzer noise*...I didnt chose the most controversial attempt so I could get preachy. Wrong again. You just like to THINK thats why.

I was not arguing your opinion or mine on abortion.
I was arguing with your statement that you were not off topic when you equated abortion with this "dog for food" thread.

and i guess i don't agree that because someone decides to have children and then they have to work extra to provide for the life choices they made, this does not exempt them from the responsibility of working to make the world a better place for all and not just "theirs and their own".
I have no agenda. I personally feel there's always a huge over-reaction to what I say because I've been labeled this "conservative Christian nutball." If there was any intent, at all, it was merely to get the mind to ponder greater issues. I have said I was more thinking out loud on the matter. In other words...dogs being eaten in other countries seem miniscule in comparison to other issues we face here. The comment wasnt made to bring up my "hidden abortion agenda" to push on all you lefties, mods and libs. (or whatever you want to be called)...but if that is what you want to THINK, then go ahead.

If you get some cheese to go with those stale thins, everybody can win, no deities have to be defied.

Right. And there IS time to stop and think before hitting "submit reply" that whole "it just came out" defense doesn't really fly online.

I think it'd be more admirable if *someone* would just admit he or she was trying to rile folks.

Yeah right. Then like Bucky says, why the hell try and bring up obviously controverial issue when this thread was simply to raise awareness for something completely unrelated? But whatever.

Just when I thought you couldn't get more patronising.

Yes, because everything takes a back seat to whatever is going on in the great United States of America.

Ah, her chipper, go-get-em positive spirit and obvious love for wheat thins will get me through.
