Since we are only talking about hits or fan favs. I'm going to say Beauty and the Beast. It is just too over the top for me.

It's because 80% of Ledgies don't actually have souls.

Wow, I could not disagree more. I absolutely love “Talk To Me”, not her best vocal but the song is joyous. I have to admit, it did take me some time to like “Seven Wonders” but after all of these years, I think a lot of fans have come to really enjoy this song. It’s on my list of Stevie songs that are fun and upbeat. And as far as her vocals, I find “Seven Wonders” to be one of her strongest vocals ever. There was something very powerful and sexy about Stevie’s vocals during the Tango era, and that is especially evident on the remixes of Big Love and Family Man. Stevie came out of Betty Ford feeling great obviously and it showed in her vocal delivery on Tango. And bite your tongue on the suggestion that fans don’t like “Desert Angel.” ![]() Ok ok, I do know a lot of fans don’t like it, but I will never understand why. The music is beautiful and her vocals on that tracks are some of her most passionate ever. |

Its just not catchy to me. The only catchy part is the whole "Don't Blame it on Me" part and that sounds like the riff from Sara.
Now if it had turned out like the Dressing Room Demo... |

Then it would have been way too upbeat and perky for Stevie's current emotional state.

I certainly agree that Stevie should "freshen" up future live shows however, I don't think Beauty and the Beast works anywhere else in the set but the end. It's so deep and intense; I think it has more of an impact that way being the last song. When Stevie did it in the middle of the set during some shows in 2005, it simply wasn't the same for me; it's definitely a closing song.

![]() Just can't get into it. I remember when I got my Ipod in 05', I put Wild Heart on first and tried to get into the songs I didn't like. The only one that rubbed off was Nothing Ever Changes. |
