more like sticks and twigs. there is one that I do like, but the name escapes me. I've tried all the Kashi cereals and lied to myself that I liked them until I nearly chipped a tooth on the Kashi-brand Cheerios.

See, that's what I was afraid of...

I truly do like the Kashi cereals I've tried. They are very crunchy, though, like Jaz said, so if you like soggy cereal, they're not for you. The Go Lean is the best as far as Weight Watchers points go. Go Lean Crunch is good too. There's a newer one too - Vive or something like that? Yum!

The key is they're packed with fiber & protein so they keep you full for a long time, like Ricky said. They're very flavorful, but not sweet. The Kashi oatmeal is tasty, but the Quaker Weight Control is just as good & cheaper to boot.

I like Kashi and I never thought about it, but that's probably one of the reasons why. I can't stand soggy (cold) cereal. It's always reminded me of food that someone else has had in their mouth and then spit back out.

everybody hanging in there?

I'm holding steady...we are entering wedding season and I want to look svelte so I'm cracking down on my eating and stepping up my exercise. my birthday month is over so there's no more excuse for Whitman sampler boxes in my office.

No.

Actually my diet has gone to crap - but I'm not living the sedentary life I was in Rochester - so I've managed to not gain. My pants still fit and I'm not jiggling around...so that's really all I can hope for with the way my diet's been as of late!

I lost the gym when I moved - but I bike a lot now and have been going on some walks and hikes - and staying active - so right now I'm happy with that though will start to be more careful with what I eat too...

My friend and I just left the gym. Did a 15 minute run, worked biceps, triceps, and abs. It went well!

I've eaten a cheeseburger, fries, and a Snickers today. I'm basically maintaining but I hope to lose 10 more lbs.
