Excellent list Markolas, very "soulful."

And Carrie -- I defininetly could understand where you're coming from, I honestly don't know much of TDB without Michael. I for one love how unique his voice is, but then again, he can be compared to how Charlie Brown's teacher sounds.

Outside of Fleetwood Mac and all the solo stuff, here is my list in no particular order:

(1) The Doors

(2) Janis Joplin (all of her bands--Big Brother, Full Tilt Boogie, etc.)

(3) The Rolling Stones

(4) The Who

(5) Jefferson Airplane

(6) The Grateful Dead

(7) Bob Dylan

(8) Jimi Hendrix

(9) Simon and Garfunkel

(10) Prince

(11) The Byrds

(12) Cream

(13) Crosby, Stills, Nash, and Young or just CSN

(14) Pink Floyd

(15) Mamas and the Papas----I forgot about them, so I added them later.

(16) CCR----I forgot about them, so I added them later as well.

I would put the Beatles on my list, but my best friend (The self proclaimed, biggest, Beatles fan in the world, and I would agree.) has all rights and claim to them in my world.

Its just that you compare her to Stevie. I've always hated her, but now that you're constantly rambling on about them I hate them even more.

Today I was at lunch with a colleague next to the Roxy and was approached by some dude that wanted us to go to the Roxy as they were filming a Evanescence music video today. Guess they need extras...lol. We could care less...but too bad you're not here in LA!

An Ancient Muse? It's good, though a little safer than some of her previous efforts. It will be hard for her to top The Book of Secrets in my opinion.

The Book of Secrets is the tour I saw in SF. So gorgeous and sensual. Great album, but I also really enjoy The Mask and Mirror.

What do you mean by "safe?" Is it still a must have?
