Default Treasured Tracks and Images.

Hi All, Has any of you deal with this company "Treasured Tracks and Images" out of Austin TX. The nice fellow that runs it "George" Specialized in Stevie/FM
collectables. and he had other artists available too ,if you asked he will look for you . I 've dealt with him back in the early 1990's, way before Ebay. Very honest, quick turnover.I'm wondering if he's still around. Here a sample list I've gotten from him.I can't list all what I've got , but heres some of it.

1 Stevie/FM Picture sleeve 45's alot of them.
2 Stevie/FM radio shows, record,cd format also cassettes.
3 Stevie/FM posters, alot of them, two hanging in my bedroom.
4 Stevie/FM books I can't remember all of them, a couple of copies of Micks book "real cheap".
5 Stevie/FM special 33 rpm records, BN gate fold, FM White vinyl record.
6 Stevie/FM videos Laser disks Tango show
7 Stevie/FM photo's, some he taken.
8 Stevie/FM backstage passes
9 Stevie/FM Magazines like People,Rollingstone,Circus,Bam and etc.
10 Stevie/FM fanazines Rumours and some others

Alot more, but it's late. I'm tired, there is probably more I've missed.

He closed the store in 2002. Just a little blurb, at the beginning: http://www.austin360.com/music/conte...ordstores.html

He did have an ebay presence for a while, but I've long since gotten out of the collecting game. My first dealings with him were actually at record shows in Houston, then visits to his store when I moved to Austin. Do record shows/conventions even happen anymore?

I recall seeing his name in the old Rumours Fanzine's days....I think I'd gotten his list but never got around to ordering from him. I wanted too though. He had those killer autographed photos from Herbie signed by him and Stevie. I wished I'd gotten some of those back in the day but well hind sight is just that.....I checked his stuff on ebay of Stevie and Mac but nothing really of interest to me....Thanks for the link Barb!!!!!!!!1

Yeah, they still have record conventions....but wow I haven't been to one myself in like ages. I still get the old 'Goldmine' magazine but it's sad .....its so small now....a shadow of its former self. Ebay etc has really changed all of that now. I guess I just can't quite give up that magazine just yet....even though it's really dead now. I see listings in the back for Record shows and conventions. I recall one really nice one I went to in like wow '91 when Stevie's Timespace was out...it was great finding treasures from that LP/cd back than....it was cool. Anyway, anyone else have info to share would be great to hear from you.......just some thoughts ....

I bought a few things at his store over ten years ago. Every few months I'd get a mailing listing whatever Stevie photos and demos he had available. I never really knew his name until Livia told me years later, but I really liked the store.
