it seems when things get heated or an issue arises within a thread and it's discussed, it is called threadjacking and the thread ends up closed. where else are you supposed to discuss it? I guess PMs.

Exactly what makes you think you have all the information on this situation?

I warned two people not to continue a fight. Have I done something really egregious here that warrents all this? Is it not part of my job to keep the peace?

And threadjacking isn't against the rules, but most people still don't appreciate it, unless of course you really just don't care about what your fellow Ledgies think. In fact didn't Paula just make a comment about this being "one of the only threads that hasn't been thread jacked?" So much for that.

Every thread goes off topic once in a while, I don't see why that's considered disrespectful.
Anyway, I don't really care enough about any of this to be arguing anymore.

Yes, it was.

I've posted that same statement several times since Stevie said her "rock star" thing, it's never been a problem before & it's gotten some laughs.

Sorry if I was misunderstood this time around, I just assumed most Mac/Stevie fans were pretty familiar with that recent quote.
