Yes, N.O. stands for New Orleans...she mentioned making a demo of it in a LiveDaily interview from a few months ago.

Once you have the laser surgery on your eyes, you cannot wear contacts again. The contacts won't have the right fit. The procedure removes thin layers of tissue in order to reshape the eye. Enough tissue must be left in place, so that if you get cataracts when you are older, they can correct it. Also, you can cause blindness if you take off too much.

Yikes. Just plain awful. What's really sad is Stevie is out there with her glasses and sheet music to simply grunt and rib-et. She may have mustered the words 'The One' at the end too.

But then it is so hard to memorize a couple grunts being a busy celebrity. So lame.
