Not I...Have fun though.

I wont be watching it or listening either since I am sure some other 'global concert/show' will be scheduled within a couple years time that will also claim to be 'the greatest thing since Live Aid', and of course it too will majorly fail.

ryan8472 · #3 07-06-2007, 05:43 PM

Well tbh, they arent claiming it's gonna be great or anything, just that it's trying to save the world again, essentially.

Musicman408 · #4 07-06-2007, 05:45 PM

Hope you have an awesome time Ryan.

I have no idea. We are gonna leave CT around 8 or so, then my friend who we are carpooling with is picking up her tickets in NYC. Then we're headed to the Stadium. I hope we are there by 11 or so.

Oh and Johnny Bongiovi!

W/E W/E H8ERS. YOU BETTER WATCH FOR ME IS THE MAIN POINT. >:|

danax6 · #12 07-07-2007, 06:54 AM

I don't mind these big charity/awareness/memorial events. How can I mind them when there's music involved?

I am really looking forward to Melissa E, The Police, Genesis (since I missed them last week

), Roger Waters and I am probably forgetting a few.

It kinda is.

It would be incredibly cool if everyone played completely unplugged, no power involved aside from a few speakers, a few camera crews and some light. That would be making a statement.

and i wonder how many airline flights were booked, too? between the performers, the crews, the fans...

Macfanforever · #15 07-07-2007, 11:44 AM

I have to sit out of this one .Because I spend all of my money on Stevie concerts. If the show was in CT. I whould probably go. But that kind of show will never happen in connecticut anyway.
