I also think it is pretty amusing that GT has heard that "Stevie hates the site". I seriously doubt she trolls the internet late at night, scanning Seven Wonders. Oops, except for when she needs a title for an album....then she looks to them.

Granted that I'm not sure what to believe and not believe there, I could imagine that (at most) she gets "reports" from her people. And she's of course perfectly capable of having an opinion, making an off-the-cuff remark, etc. And word DOES get around in the community, sometimes.
Not like this grants it all that much "authority" but for whatever very little it's worth, it was two separate people on two different occasions who told me that they had heard "through the grapevine" that Stevie has a low opinion of the site. I think the "concert fiasco" may have a lot to do with that, assuming it's even true.

Hello ex-seven wonderers and ledgies..... I just handed in my walking papers. I was a moderator for a full 3 days LOL. I tried to get to the bottom of all this, asked Brian questions but I never got answers. I made a post about all the bans in the FAQ forum and the forum is gone... No answers, one less moderator. I really liked SW, I did and it saddens me that it has to be like this

I'm still floating around over there, but only posting occasionally.
Not to make to much of it or over-state it but in my mind you're (among other positive things) a member of the "hard-core fan base" from "Back in the Day" - and you've met both Stevie and Lindsey personally and I'm sure they like you very much and perhaps see certain things in the same way.
If your leaving doesn't get certain facts into a certain person's thick skull, I don't think anything will.

WOW, you're making me blush, GT. But... being a fan from "back in the day" also makes me old (and a little insane but who cares, right?!).
Yes, I've met them both but I don't think they'll remember me, it was a long time ago. When I met Lindsey last year he didn't remember me at all which is fine. They meet a LOT of people and I've had my fair share of meeting the whole band. But thanks for the compliments

I don't know if my leaving SW will make any difference though. The whole situation is just sad.
