Well, to some people who happen to make their living with photography, it is a very big frickin' deal! I certainly don't work for free, and I don't enjoy being robbed either.

Kelly or anyone else who went to Holmdel... Was the show professionally filmed? Someone sent me a review saying there were cameras everywhere on the left side of the stage. Or were they just the cameras for the overhead monitors?

There was only one little old lady I met last night who was there JUST for Chris. I am sure there were others but they weren't many compared to the Eagles/Don fans from 2005. So I think Stevie is selling alot of tickets this summer. Which is good news.
That really cute. I love old people.

But yeah, I agree with you all in saying that there would be more Don fans than Chris fans.

I think the main issue is giving credit. Many fans are touchy about this. I've found if you ask or give credit, you're less likely to get vilified.

As for photographers making money off these pictures. It's always possible, but unlikely. Most photographers can't do much with low res images posted on the web. You need at least 300 dpi to get decent prints. And unless you're shooting high profile celebrities in Hollywood, you're not making tons of money in this profession. But even then, who cares?

I appreciate it when fans taking pics don't put copyright crap on the pics... I wouldn't consider myself a robber, but when it comes time to make boot covers (which aren't sold) it sure comes in handy to have nice snaps to choose from...

^^^ Then you should ask the fan to e-mail you the original, uncopyright-marked photo.

There was a cameraman on the floor who was filming, plus the usual still cam on the soundboard area. I did not see cameras all over the place though. The one guy who was filming was right next to me and he told me he was filming for the band. He filmed Chris Issack as well. It didn't look anything like the Live IN Boston filming....more like possible future interview footage or something? There we no cameras on booms on anything.

Professional photographers are entirely different. Of course they should copywrite their pictures. I don't own Stevie's image, and I am no professional, so as long as no one plops them on a Tshirt and makes money off of them, I don't care about sharing photos I take.

Do I need to remind you of your fashion faux pas..............the Lucky Charms Shirt?!

The boots are hot! I don't care what dress she had on...some color was fabulous. Even on her feet.

Did you watch the Rhiannon clip I posted?

(btw...you did look damn fine in your LC shirt...I still have the photo)

She did sing FFG in Detroit..... that was the song where she just started singing some random lyrics off the top of her head and then when she was done she was choking on the mosquito.......... after she could finally talk again she said something about the girls probably wondering what in the hell was she doing!!

Kind of interesting that Stevie played Holmdel nine years ago almost to the date (Jun 13, 1998) for Enchanted.

If Stevie decides to drop Fall From Grace completely from the set, I think Whole Lotta Trouble would be comparable replacement. But she's never been able to get the lyrics down on any tour, which is curious and a little bizarre. The lyrics in the verses get seriously flubbed.

I know. But I think it's kinda cute, although I have never actually seen it live.
