*whew* Good to hear this from some of the ladies!

Renee and I went shopping together...I narrowed it down to this style. she asked for white gold, but I got platinum cause its still basically "silver" and lasts longer. I asked around (I know diddly squat about diamonds) and settled on...a "D" grade color...the center rock is a .73 and the clarity is VVS1. Whatever that means, its on the invoice for the ring itself and I'm told its a good stone.

platinum is a very good choice. classic and durable. she's going to love it.. it's a beautiful ring!

Groovy. I'll let you guys know when I give it to her. I still have to ask her Dad first, of course.

if I had a digital camera at this moment, I would shock everyone - the Brian who left this morning for Tulsa (In hopes of a job to start a better future for myself and possibly another person) looks nothing like the Brian who is currently typing this post...

Part of the requirements for the job I 'may' be accepting (Which is mine once I establish residence in Tulsa and pass the drug-test, which are both no problems on my part), is no long hair or facial hair (Due to FDA regulations)...So I took care of the long hair today by getting a haircut !!!! That is right, I have very short hair, But surpringly wavy hair now (With a bunch of grey throughout)...I had long hair for so long that the bangs, as short as they are now, are very wavy (Whereas my hair had always been very straight).

I actually believe I look much better with my new look than my look from Memorial Day - My new look brings out my eyes, which I know will make my friend 'nickay' even happier (She had seen me earlier today with my long locks, she was shocked when I told her I had all those locks chopped off.)
