Default It's almost June. How's your baseball team doing?

June is almost upon us. Still early enough, but most teams are discovering now what they have to do to win. Apparently the Yankees need to play something like 36 games over .500 the rest of the season in order to make the post season. It ain't looking too good right now for my Bombers. Even tonight they couldn't get Andy Pettitte any run. 8 IP, 3 runs, all for nothing.

My team is a tub of doo-doo, but thanks for asking.

Yesterday, our p.o.s. closer balked twice and gave up a home run in bottom of 12th. Our entire offense needs some Viagra and soon.

Only redeeming thing about this season is we have some great young starting pitchers who make it fun to watch.

Why ANY team would continue to throw out Armando Benitez as their closer, day after day, is beyond me.

Our mgmt. sucks.

They should make Russ Ortiz the closer until we can get another one. I'm not spending another dime on tickets until they fix this situation. I have a few more season ticket game shares left but that's it.

Plz go to the Yankee games. Or one of them at least.

What about the All Star game, any chance you'll be there?

Yeah Ryan, I am sorry to hear about your Yankees. They are stuggling very badly, and really have no way to get better..... Sorry my friend.

Ah...I will make an exception for Yankees series. Right now it is sold out, but as we know, nothing is ever really sold out. I'm waiting for some tix to pop.

It's very doubtful I will get a ticket to All Star game. Hoping for a miracle.

As for my Padres, our pitching will keep us in almost every game but unless the hitters come alive we won't 3peat our division. Geez Ryan, when did the Giants hit bottom? Just noticed the standings.

They got swept at home by the Rockies and lost to Mets last night. They are a mess. They should be in 1st or 2nd with the great pitching but they've got no offense and a piece of ****e for a closer.

We all love Bochy, though. Not his fault.

Both my teams (Dodgers & Angels) are in first place in their divisions.

It's still a pipe-dream, but could THIS be the year of a Freeway Series? (One can only hope)

Chicago Cubs 22-28 3rd place in the NL Central, not too bad but could be better.
