I'm currently down to 234lbs from 250lbs at the end of 2006....

Changed my eating patterns and started to exercise moreso than before, but I picked up smoking cigarettes to 'relieve stress' so I am not that health conscious as most believe (Probably need to smoke a lighter cig)

I'm sore as hell right now. After 4 days of not doing my ball routine/weights, I did them last night & I'm paying for it today. Not to mention that I did my Cto5K this morning. Ouch. It's a good sore, but still. Ouch.

It was either smoking cigarettes, drinking alcohol or buying a gun and going postal to have relief from stress...I went with the less 'stupid' option (Only smoking about 1 pack a week)
