I don't think safety is the issue. She broke the law, she does the time. She shouldn't be pardoned because she's a ~*~celebrity~*~. It happens a lot in Hollywood, celebs getting a slap on the wrist where a "normal" person would get more serious repercussions.

I of course am waiting to see what actually transpires that ISNT rumour. I make no secret of the fact I sympathise with Kim but if she is a law breaker, then she suffers the penalties. simple. To be fair - most normal people likely would not serve this much time -- I agree though that she deserves what she got.
