hahaha, i agree about cabbage and celery. i can handle mushrooms sometimes tho ... as long as i don't think about the fact that they're a fungus

then this isn't authentic. it's just pork dumplings. although I do love celery and cabbage...mushrooms make me gag (no pun intended) except when they are raw.

Well... poor excuse for a husband has just retruned home so I guess I'll head off to bed. Have fun guys and talk to you later!

Edit...well he seems to have gone straight to bed so maybe I'll stick around for a bit longer!

.....I can relate to that. The taste is ok but the texture of mushrooms is vile - so disgusting!

I shared a house with a bio chemist when I was at college and due to her insight into food, I've never eaten mushrooms, peanuts or bananas or liver due to the bugs that live on these things.
