I'm glad Phil is finally gone. He seems like a decent guy, but I only heard
Michael Bolton in his voice, which is wrong in so many ways.

I agree 100%. Imagine hearing an entire concert of just him. That's one of the ways I grade the Idols. Can I listen to them for more than one hour at a time? 2 mins is not a good judge of a singer. Phil and Chris were just plain bad.

I'm also glad you diverted the sausage fest from the last several posts.

I watched American Idol for the first time ever on Tuesday night while flying on Jet Blue. All I have to say is whoever sang "Have A Nice Day" is fricking awesome and I would pay top dollar to see her in concert. She is totally Tina Turner to me and knows how to mix rock with soul.

I hope she wins whoever she is.
