Jannie, I know that. I just happen to think that in this instance the protection of the child outweighs the potential privacy issue. I respect what you do and I happen to admire you personally. The fact that Ive read nothing has more to do with the media GAG than the fact that Im not interested....

If you dont see thru the hype to the principles beyond, then you just dont SEE. I have repeatedly said that we really dont know the facts, (no not even YOU Deanna) and I trust that a Judge (who will be given all the facts) will rule on this and if (IF) Kim was out of line, then she will be punished. If, however she WAS acting in Ireland's best interest, then all you Alec-lovers will be looking pretty sheepish.

As for the privacy issue: If Kim was at fault, Im sure the Judge will take appropriate action against her. Im satisfied that the Judge will ALSO recognize that Alec does have DOCUMENTED anger issues (which he still has yet to admit and deal with).

ETA: fyi: there IS a media gag in place but prior to that, Kim filed documents that she had back injuries due to Alec's violence.

I love how you think we (and presumably I) are Alec lovers. I think he was an a$$ for doing this, but I think Kim was as well. That you cannot see that Kim had bad intent is a little odd.

Also, they both have a history of violence against each other.
