But, if protecting her is goal, then why release it to the public? And, since when does an 11 year old have any say? Kim is the adult. Also, it is questionable whether the releasing of the VM was in violation of the court order.

an 11 year old could be called to testify

and, again: she will be protected on two levels now, court action and public opinion. win-win.

No, the releasing of the tape was a bitchy thing to do.

Also, if Ireland did not want to talk to her father, then she should have told her mnother that she was not honoring the est. times.

who are you to determine "rational?" so you dont agree, BFD. It isnt just Ireland making a decision here, it was two adults, one of which is her MOTHER who gave BIRTH to her, and who I believe is better able to look out for her welfare than any of you armchair referees. Apparently a Judge agrees. so much for your definition of "rational" Also, I find it highly IRONIC that you would belittle someone who brought PERSONAL experience into a convo, considering all the PERSONAL stuff you shared here (and expected comfort for) can you spell "hypocrite" boys and girls???

i'm not belittling you for bringing it up. but i think you're using it to justify a warped opinion.

i've never expected comfort from anyone here, but i have been grateful when i've received it.
