Is there anyway to trade out tickets through that website? We bought pre-sale tickets, and the ones that they are showing now are a little better.... That makes me so mad.

I'm not sure. You might be able to update them at the venue though...

I'm going. Thanks to Marissa who woke my lazy butt up this morning, I called at about 10:30 and ended up with tenth row! Closest I've ever been, so I'm really psyched! Thanks Marissa!

A lot of people buy better seats and then sell the original ones.

Is it just me or does it seem like this event isn't selling very well. Looks like you can still get floor seats from the 1st section (103)..........

Oh well, I'm still totally pumped about being there.

Section 103, Row J

Should be 10 rows back. Not too bad. That means I'll be mowing over 9 rows of people at some point, headin' to the stage! I had hoped for a little closer......and centered!!

Gettix is totally screwed up! Let me tell ya!! I was in there at 9:55, just for the heck of it, to see if they'd let you buy any & what would come up....I was getting section 101 & 103, like row Q and row O. At 10:00 exactly I was in there, and it told me that all the seats in price level one were sold!!! WTF??!!!! It was pretty comical actually, me screaming at the computer "THEY JUST WENT ON SALE!! HOW CAN THEY BE SOLD OUT ALREADY!!!"
Best available was giving me section 216.....I don't think so!
So, I kept going between best available & price level one seating, and section 103 Row J finally popped up, so I figured I'd grab it.
3 attempts at trying to call in on their toll free phone number didn't work either - the call would not even go through!!!

They were either so totally swamped that they couldn't handle it, or they've got a lousy system, or all of the above, I don't know....but the experience was not the greatest!

Section 102 never even came up!!! At all. The entire time! I sat at the computer for an hour, and every so often I'd go back & look for tickets to see what would come up. Yeah, they sucked.

An hour and a half after they went on sale I was pulling 102 Row L and K, but we already had our seats.... So I was/am pretty heated.

I don't get what all the frustration with this site is...Ticketmaster is the same way, and would have been no different. It's a gamble every time you buy tickets.

I am in the same section/row as you. My seats are 1 and 2. What's yours?

I called at about 10:30...somewhere around there...they had me on hold for a good 15 minutes. It was much easier just talking to someone than going through the process over the internet.
