it's interesting to say the least, but my Mom may have been a victim of a defective device that was placed inside her body during the original March 7,2005 surgery.

The "Operative Report" does not specifically state what type of mesh was used in her surgery, BUT the "Operative Report" states a DAVOL company rep was present at the surgery as 'an observer'.

Interesting, a DAVOL rep, hmmm, read the following FDA link about the recall and pay attention to the word DAVOL:
