That is because you were too busy pilfering the International Male catalogue out of the mail and running off to the bathroom for the next hour or so

We used to hang my friend's sister's Barbie dolls from the trees, set them on fire, and then call her outside just in time for her to see them melting

I am so going to hell

I turned 17 in 1997 - started my senior year of high school in the fall. I had always liked Fleetwood Mac (mom played them quite a bit), so I was really excited when I head about The Dance. I didn't think they'd ever play together again.

I remember Princess Di's death. My mom woke me up and told me on Sunday morning.

Yeah I remember my best friend Kevin calling and telling us she died...

I was 10 too. Life was wonderful. I totally loved the Spice Girls and the Cranberries. I was still in elementary school and had a love/hate relationship with my teacher "Dr.Granny" (I am not kidding). I remember going to the after-school program and playing on the playground with my friends, swinging and pretending we were the Rugrats.

And of the course, The Dance. My mom and I watched the VHS and listened to the cassette in the car all the time. I loved "Rhiannon". I was totally hooked early on. For some reason, it never occured to her to take me to the concert

I look back on that era as the happiest time in my life~
