I thought the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra site actually had posted that they were recording with Stevie for a dvd release.
I remember some quotes from the Orchestra director/someone big that indicated they were not too happy with the way the collaboration had turned out and they felt they were under utilized. Either way, the boot of the show shows Stevie's lack of enthusiasm and utter lack of spark. She barely cracks a smile the entire show! It was no surprise to me that she was not happy with the outcome. Edge sounds ok with the MSO but GDW is the one song she should have included. That sounds great with the Orchestra! Needham did a good job on all the live mixes he worked on. Even Stand Back (without the MSO of course) sounds different and quite good.
