Those are just the songs that were hits. There are many many many more written by Ann and Nancy that were on albums, performed on stage, etc. The more you know, right?

And slightly off topic, I think the term "I love this band" is thrown around pretty loosely these days.

My appologies. Like I said, I only have that one greatest hits, and only Never was written by them.

Heart didn't write "Never."

Heart is awesome. They still sound as good today as they did back then. I do agree the older stuff is better but I still enjoy the 80's pop songs. Never was one one of my favorites.

I will tell this story til the day I die. I saw Heart in New Orleans probably 8 years ago at the House of Blues. Ann started singing Alone acapella and I swear to you the walls were shaking. her voice was nice, a little weak that night, but when she ripped into Alone, she was among the stratosphere.

other than that though, the show sucked. I went wanting to hear the hits and things I knew and they were "testing" new material. I was pissed.

I always think about this show when folks bitch about Stevie's setlist. as much as I was a big Heart fan, I was majorly disappointed with their setlist b/c they didn't really play their hits.
